So far, my favorite city has appeared!
"Half the city in fireworks, half the city in fairyland"
Quanzhou is a treasure trove of a small city that I can't get enough of even with four visits a year~ It has a strong Minnan culture, a beautiful coastline, an ancient city full of life, local delicacies that won't disappoint, and it's great for eating, strolling, and taking photos📷. The scenic spots are free to enter, making it very suitable for budget travel~
I've put together a 3-day, 2-night itinerary to let you experience the charm of this World Heritage ancient city❗️
🚶【3-day, 2-night itinerary】
Day❶ Quanzhou Ancient City walk
Route: West Street - Kaiyuan Temple - Xiangfeng Alley - Bell Tower - Zhongshan Middle Road - Chengtian Zen Temple - Qingjing Mosque - Tonghuai Guan Yue Temple - Overseas Chinese Commodity Street
"Living next to gods, ancient houses coexist with Western-style buildings" is the most authentic portrayal of Quanzhou Ancient City, where you can find many hidden photo spots~ If you get tired, you can take the little white bus for 2r a trip, just hail it on the roadside or book it through the little🍊 app.
Day❷ The most beautiful coastline
Route: Shishi Golden Coast - Luoji Temple - Xiangzhi Wharf
In addition to the ancient city, Quanzhou also has the most beautiful coastline as rated by National Geographic! Take photos at Luoji Temple just like actor Li Xian. Xiangzhi Wharf is known as Quanzhou's little Venice, and walking along the seaside is very romantic~
Day❸ Jinjiang traditional ancient houses
Route: Wudian City - Wulin Traditional Village - Anping Bridge
Check out the Minnan-style red brick ancient houses, where there are few tourists, and you can experience wearing traditional Nyonya hairpins and take a set of old Nanyang dream photos📷
On the third day, you can return from Jinjiang to Quanzhou South Station/Jinjiang Station, or Quanzhou Airport, which are all very close.

A beautiful old city of Quanzhou that stands the test of time and remains today
Living in the ancient city, these days of eating and drinking are basically in the ancient city, alleys are stringing, walking slowly is very fun. The rhythm is slow down. There is a small white in the ancient city to play, no money in the Spring Festival, usually 2 yuan, very convenient, the net red eating point is also in the ancient city, that is, many Spring Festival is not open, you have to call to confirm. West Street is not accessible to motor vehicles.
It is 36 degrees during the day, and it is cooler than Shanghai at night. In the morning, I punched in two museums, rested in the afternoon, and went to the night market to eat and drink at night. Before Quanzhou was included in the world heritage, I went to Quanzhou. This is one of the starting points of the ancient Maritime Silk Road. It has retained many precious monuments of foreign trade and cultural exchanges in the Tang and Song Dynasties. The most famous are Kaiyuan Temple, Qingjing Temple, Tianhou Palace, Guanyue Temple, etc., simple and elegant. Or colorful, or show exotic style, it is worth serious look at the fine products.
The ancient city of Quanzhou is the starting point of the World Cultural Heritage and the Maritime Silk Road. It has a complex of southern Anhui characteristics such as Kaiyuan Temple, Qingjing Temple and other millennium ancient temples, Zhongshan Street, Tumen Street and West Street. The most appreciated is its characteristic bus battery car, 2 yuan per person, and you can go anywhere point-to-point. Convenient and affordable.
Forgot to take pictures, a lot of snacks, the Confucian Temple has exhibitions and introductions to see, understand the first port Quanzhou, recommended
