Liuyuan is located near the landscape road of Jianhua District, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. It is the only large natural beach bathing beach in Qiqihar. It is also the most ideal natural summer resort for the people of Hecheng in midsummer. This has cruise ships, swimming pools and barbecues. At the landmark of Liuyuan Scenic Area, such a historical record is engraved: Liuyuan was originally called the Lingering Garden, which was built by General Liu Daxu, a lieutenant general, in the early years of the Republic of China. The villa is named the Lingering Garden, which is an activity place for banquets and singing. When and why is it changed to Liuyuan and designated as a place name? No way to prove, Liuyuan's name has now been agreed to become recognized by posterity.
