There is a Sanxian Temple to the east of the pavilion, where the three Qingzhou governors Fan Zhongyan, Fu Bi and Ouyang Xiu are worshipped. Fan Gong Temple is in the middle, with a statue of Fan Zhongyan inside; Fu Gong Temple and Ouyang Gong Temple were both located beside the waterfall stream in the west of the city. In the late Ming Dynasty, they were moved to the left and right of Fan Gong Temple, collectively known as the "Sanxian Temple". In the 18th year of Shunzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1661 AD), Xia Yifeng, the governor of Qingzhou, rebuilt it and built Houle Hall on the Chongtai behind the temple, which means "worrying before the world worries, and enjoying after the world enjoys". There is a high ground to the north of Fan Gong Pavilion called Fan Gong Terrace. During the Republic of China period, 8 "Chengqing Pavilions" were built on the south side of the platform, with bright windows and front and back buildings, which were a place for tourists to rest.
