We missed this spot yesterday on the way to Porto Moniz, but we had a glimpse, so we decided to come back. It was not disappointing although we had to drive another 1 hour each way from Funchal. The view is magnificent, one of the best views in Madeira. There is a walk way up through a cave in the rock where you can get a good photo of the view. We saw some people fishing nearby. There is also a small stream where you can see wild geese swimming in December. Definitely a must visit place in Madeira!!
