Lovely bridge to walk across and view the village

Lovely medieval Bridge, over the Rio Lima .... church at one end, village at the other. Canoeists float under, walkers and cyclists across the top

A lovely bridge

The bridge was in very good condition despite its age and much wider than I expected. It was certainly being used by many of the locals when we visited.

Great old bridge

There was some discussion as to which parts remained of the Roman Bridge. The general consensus was the smaller arches towards the end where the church is. It's very impressive

The most beautiful, well preserved bridge, crossing the river Lima from the centre of the population, there is a church and green area of recreation or walks.
