Minneriya National Park

One of the projects worth visiting in Sri Lanka, visit wild elephants. Everyone will take a local dedicated jeep. Then cross the jungle of the protected area to find elephants. You can see interesting Asian elephants here. It is worth it.

The area of Mineriya National Park is very, very large. And many people are the same as us. To come to this national park, I want to see elephants. Everyone here does not need training performances, but let us see the natural environment of elephants and their life patterns.

Mineriya National Park is a very, very large park. The environmental protection of the park is particularly good. You can see a lot of wildlife here, especially to see a lot of elephants, which is a very pleasant surprise.

The national park can only be explored by safari jeeps. We hired a jeep from Sigiriya and reached the entrance of national park in an hour. The jeep traveled through a forest before reaching the Minneriya Tank where we spotted herds of elephants and buffaloes by the reservoir. We were also fortunate to sight some other wild animals like foxes and native birds.

米内瑞亚国家公园Minneriya National Park，是斯里兰卡9个国家公园面积较细小的一个，公园位于狮子岩和波隆纳鲁瓦之间，拥有森林、湖泊和草甸，然而而园内玛哈辛国王在三世纪修建的巨大蓄水湖，却是斯里兰卡数一数二的观看大象的好去处。蓄水湖区在旱季时露出青草，吸引马塔拉、波隆纳鲁瓦和亭可马里等地区的象群在旱季前来这里绿草茵茵的湖畔寻找水源和嫩草，有时会聚集起二三百头大象，同时也是白鹭、鹳、孔雀及其他不知名的鸟儿觅食的场所。当天去的时候，乌云密布，接连下了几场阵雨，就在大家都失望的时候，吉普车转过树丛开到了湖边，眼前是上百头的大象，震撼之极，半个小时的颠簸值得了。整个游玩过程大约2个多小时，吉普车颠簸幅度较大，一定要注意安全，否则很容易磕碰受伤。另外，灰尘较大，最好准备一下口罩。

有的画像美景，而这里的美景就如同油画一般，喜欢这里干涸的土地，喜欢枯草灌木中的万物生灵。这里非常贴近大自然 而且空气也是超好的
