Noise restricted venue in residential area
I think must be a noise restriction at Home Park stadium because it's in a residential area, so not the best venue for music. This should be made clear when advertising music events.

My friend and I visited this ground during the match between Plymouth and Cardiff city and was very disappointed firstly disabled fans in wheelchairs were let in but was not escorted through the fan...
