多摩川の渓谷

青梅街道（国道411号）沿いの多摩川渓谷の内、美景No1.の譽高い渓谷です。 やや下流にある御岳渓谷から奥多摩湖へ行く途中に立ち寄りました。 多摩川の秩父古生層浸食により出現したと言う渓谷美は、白丸調整池ダム付近からも見下ろせます。 多摩川が、奇岩や巨岩の間を川底の岩にぶつかって白い渦を巻くリズミカルな様子や、滑るように流れる穏やかブルーな川面に魅了されました。

絶景でランチ

のんびりと一人で行ける場所。景色を観ながら 普段の生活からの逃避行。 待ってたのは、早春の渓谷と近くあるカフェ「ぽっぽ」さりげなく迎えてもらいカレーランチをいただきました。
