Quick visit with lots of upside.
Quick visit that is worth the time. Close to several places to eat and the resort is just up the hill. Classic covered bridge that is walk over only so you don't need to dodge traffic.
Signage was easy to follow. You can drive up to, but not onto the bridge. There is a pathway down to the river and you can take photos of the bridge from below. American History at its finest.

Worth the stop,
Beautiful covered bridge. On our recent trip to Maine we stopped and saw this covered bridge, it was one of the many beautiful sites of Maine.

Beautiful covered bridge with a short walking trail up the river and spots to fish or swim. Only 5 minutes from Sunday River Grand Summit hotel.
