凤凰公园整体设计以中国山水园为基调，兼收并蓄外来的园林艺术形式，既秉承传统造园手法，又大胆创新，富有时代风貌。形成了以仿古建筑为主体，以花草树木、自然造景为衬托的园林新景观。

凤凰公园位于都柏林市中心西北部利费伊河北岸，始建于1663年，占地1760英亩，是欧洲最大的室内公园和皇家鹿苑。
