Mount Warning Highlights: Must-See Features and Attractions
Some information may have been translated by Google Translate
Despite being only 2380 hectares in size, it is one of Australia's most charming places. Mount Warning towers over the valley, and its summit is an early morning spot in Australia lit by the sun. More than 60,000 people hike from Breakfast Canyon to the summit every year. Captain Cook named the mountain in 1770 to warn sailors of the reefs offshore. Aboriginals call it the cloud catcher, the war god of the mountains and the weather maker.

It's racist closing this site to white Australians
It was so sad to see this closed. All Australians should be able to visit this site. This has been an Australian activity for many years. To close it for white Australians is a racist thing to do.
