Boating in summer, cycling in spring, red leaves in autumn, and winter. Wait.. OK No one should come in winter, ha ha ha ha ha. To tell you the truth, Minnesota is really a beautiful place, especially in summer, it's very relaxed and safe. It's really refreshing to ride a bicycle along Calhoun Lake, or to ride a bicycle around the city. It's really enjoyable to play Standup paddling on the lake in summer. Because Calhoun Lake is not very quiet, it's hard to play and challenging. It's very tired to row. I don't dare to row standup paddling, but I can rent a kayaking. Anyway, it's about a dozen dollars an hour. I like this kind of sport very much, but I can't play it at home very much. Maybe because of the poor water quality in China, when I come to the United States, I have to enjoy water sports. Rowing a boat, riding a bicycle... Calhoun is Minneapolis. The most famous lake in the city is near the airport, so we often see planes taking off and landing. Minnesota is known as the "state of lakes".
This Qianhu City, large and small lakes can be seen everywhere. There are yacht clubs, bicycle rentals, and pavements and bicycle lanes around the lake.
From here you can see the whole picture of the city. I like the park very much. There is a big lake to add color to the place. Many people here spend their leisure holidays in summer. I like it very much.
The lake is actually not big. Walk around it for about an hour. If you count Cedar Lake and Lake of Isles, it's normal to walk a big circle for three or four hours. There are bicycle paths and pedestrian paths beside the lake. They are independent of each other and do not interfere with each other. Running or cycling is the best option. You can even see a grandfather pushing a baby carriage, running with a baby, which is unimaginable in China. There are several platforms around the lake for fishing. Large grasslands are ideal lawn habitats. Picnic outings are very suitable. The lakeside scenery is beautiful, the grassland is stretching, the trees are shady, the only drawback is that everything is natural, even the weeds growing to a meter or two high on the lakeside are neglected, slightly chaotic, unlike the famous scenic Lake in China. In early autumn, when the sun is warm and the breeze is gentle, walking for two hours by the lake or spreading blankets under the trees is a good choice for a daze afternoon. For me, the biggest surprise was to find that the southwest corner of the lake is a beach field with three pieces, and there are often young men and women who are good at playing beach. From my years of experience in volleyball, their basic skills are not weak. No wonder the United States has no volleyball league, but the national team level is so high, the original mass base is here. It is also a pleasure to enjoy their volleyball matches, which is rare in China.
