Best beach in Kagoshima
stunning little beach in the south of the prefecture, just west of makurazaki city. You'll need to take a boat from the nearby port village of shimohama. It almost looks like thailand!

Botsu-cho, Minamisatsuma City has a beautiful Rias-style coast at the southwesternmost tip of Kagoshima Prefecture, reminiscent of the Amalfi coast of Italy. Ajiro Beach is a hidden beach that can only be reached by boat. The transparency is high and coral and colorful fish welcome you. The surrounding area is covered with strange rocks such as scenic twin sword stones, and the unique landscape such as Maya Bay and Krabi in Thailand is also interesting.
