I remember seeing the photo, but it's a place where I remember seeing the photo without remembering it.

    The cannon is a replica.

The site of the second Daiba of the former Akita domain is left on the site of the Jinya Observatory located on the outskirts of the city along National Highway 231 that runs through Masuge Town. It was confirmed that the pedestal of the cannon was excavated during the maintenance of national route 231, and there was a pedestal. The Akita domain, which was ordered to guard the Russian army south of the Bakufu, set up a former Jinya and was one of the two Daibas that were set up on a hill in the town, based on the command of Hakodate Bugyosho. It is recalled that it was a base for defense at the tip of the coast.
