St. Paul's Cathedral is famous for its spectacular dome. Most of the important weddings, baptisms, and funerals of the British royal family are held at Westminster Abbey, but the wedding of Prince Charles and Princess Diana and the funeral of Mrs. Thatcher were held here.

The majestic Baroque style. If you walk across the Millennium Bridge over the Thames, you can directly lead to St. Paul's Cathedral, and you can see its large milky white dome from the front from a distance. There is a small square in front of the church, with a stone sculpture of Queen Anne in the middle. The gable at the top of the church's main entrance is carved with a pattern of St. Paul's mission to Damascus, with a stone statue of St. Paul standing in the middle. Looking further up is the shocking large dome, with a large gold-plated cross on top. There is a pair of bell towers at both ends of the church's facade, making the whole building appear symmetrical and majestic. When you walk into the church, you will be amazed by the wide and high-ceilinged hall, and the splendid heavy colors, windows embedded with stained glass, and huge murals of Jesus, the Virgin, and the apostles are all worth savoring. Looking up at the dome in the center of the church, the colorful scene is dazzling, especially the inner choir seats and the patio above the altar, which are high-end and gorgeous.

Climb hundreds of steps to the dome and overlook London. You can go up to the dome to admire the three galleries inside. The most famous one is the Whispering Gallery. As long as you speak to one through hole, any other through holes will appear. You can hear it, the echo effect is amazing. Then walk up to the outside of the dome, which is the Stone Gallery, and then go up to the top to reach the Golden Gallery, which overlooks the scenery of central London. Visiting the underground crypt In addition, the crypt of the church is also worth visiting, which contains the tombs and monuments of princes, generals, and celebrities, including the tombs of Admiral Nelson (Horatio Nelson) and General Arthur Wellesley (Arthur Wellesley), who defeated Napoleon at Waterloo.

Sir Christopher Wren, the designer of St. Paul's Cathedral, is also buried here. It took him 45 years of hard work to build the church. It is unusual for this kind of design and construction to be completed by only one person.
