Sejak 1974, sebuah kantin didirikan di selatan masjid untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa atau jamaah masjid.Kantin tersebut didirikan oleh Aminah Iskandar dan pertama kali dikelola oleh Ahmad Rusdi.
