If you can't meet the whale shark, the full refund is a lie. On the tour I participated in in January, the whale shark was canceled due to the high waves. Moreover, Sumilon Island was canceled because it was in the same direction. Without the consent of the participants, it was changed to the Moalboal Tour and Kawasan Falls. The tour guide sent LINE saying, "Please wait for the refund information from the office and ask the participants." Even if you send it three times, it is all unread through at 8:00, 12:00, 13:00 in the morning. Even if the other participants were individually CSPs, all were unread through. Around 16:00 when the tour ended, the guide said that the office would not reply, so I ignored the LINE of all participants. If the tour is not held, the refund will not be refunded without thoroughly ignoring the contact of the participants. There will be no problem if it is as scheduled, but if it is not held, there will be no refund, so be sure to pay the risk and cash instead of credit. Credits will not be refunded even if they are not held at all due to some reason. If you are cash, you don't have to pay on the day, and the payment rate with your credit card is bad, so there is nothing good.
