It is Japan's first underground aquarium using the tunnel of the Sanriku Oil Store Base, getting off at Kuji Station on the Sanriku Railway Rias Line. The underground aquarium is amazing. The shining jellyfish aquarium was beautiful.

It was good to have a sakaninkona and an explanation about the time of the earthquake. It's more spectacular than I expected. There is no dolphin art or sea lion art in an ordinary aquarium, but I enjoyed it for half a day.
