Mixed feelings
The Silesian Uprising was an important event for Poles and is worth commemorating, but this monument does not remind me of it in any way. It's often even hard to tell what it is at first glance.

These three statutes represents the Silesian uprisings during 1919-20-21. You may read history on internet. It is quite catchy.
