I was there during Ashura and Tasua. and that was great. of course there was a small place for women to watch the ceremony, but anyway I enjoyed it. it is not so far from Kashan. so you can manage it....
A good place to visit en route to the desert. Do observe modest clothing for ladies. You would need to put on a chador, but there are some available there for use.

Visit here during Ashura

Very nice shrine... Its modern and still in use. At the entry put the cador on to respect the prayers.
