Kalmar Castle

The castle is close to the city centre and close to the city park. You may have difficulty finding parking so plan to walk there! The castle is in beautiful shape and offers interesting exhibitions based on history and some contemporary exhibitions. You can walk on your own, but join a guide to learn more about the castle, its history and the people who live there! The staff is dressed neatly to add color to the tour! The special event they have for the children is wonderful. There is a restaurant but we didn’t go. The store is lovely and offers typical museum artifacts. It was a well worth the afternoon!

It was a great experience to come to Karma Castle. The castle is very beautiful and looks beautiful. There is a moat around the castle. The surrounding scenery is very beautiful. I like the feeling of standing on the castle overlooking the surroundings.

Very good, the key is free. There is actually nothing to see inside the castle. It has been transformed into a gift shop and a cafe, but it is worth visiting the periphery and the fort. Especially in early summer, when the sun is good, you can see many young Nordics sunbathing, that eye-catching is definitely worth visiting~~
