这个济南馆是偶然路上遇见的，上次来济南从中山公园南门出来，想去找以前数年前来济南出差，住在梅苑珍珠大酒店经常去附近一个济南饭店的院里吃烧烤“牛阵”，结果路上遇见了这家蔡公时纪念馆，它是和济南商埠文化博物馆共同在一个楼里。那天正好是9.18，当时馆外面还拉了横幅纪念蔡公时烈士，他是中国的第一个抗日烈士，1928年他代表国民政府驻山东公署特派员，代表中方与驻济日军谈判解决日军阻挠北伐军的问题时被日方无理杀害。一楼是博物馆，二楼是蔡公时纪念馆，当天还有一个小学生代表团在参观。
