Jacksonville is known for making Ferris Wheels and this one is at the entry to the city. It was winter though - and light up but I didn't get to enjoy a ride.
great for kids party
I bought an hour on the wheel for my grandsons birthday. The kids all enjoyed it as did Nana. I had ridden it years ago when it was in Nichols Park so it brought back fond memories.
