    Oyashiki that feels romantic

    Original Text

I liked historical objects and manga with the theme of the old age and went to see it. I get excited from the small bridge over the entrance. The garden with many splendid trees was also nice. You can feel like you have slipped back in time in the Edo period. I am grateful that the viewing is free.

It is the residence of the former landlord, wealthy farmer Ekaku family, who branched into the Haraka district in the mid Edo period. I wanted to go there before.

I wanted to know where I was for many years, but I finally stopped by after work. The Izumo Cultural Heritage Museum, which is located in the same city of Izumo, was a larger place than the prototype as a wealthy farmer's residence. However, it is a pity that there are few visitors because it is far from the nearby tourist attractions.
