Lake Ozonia

Access DENIED

I went to the lake to go swimming and it was FROZEN! I expect to be accommodated to SWIM at a LAKE however this was not the case. If they treat me like this I cannot imagine how they treat their fish.

Shallow lake. Launch site is terrible access. We scratched our canoe. Leaches near launch site sent me to ER with infection. The are so many other nicer lakes.

Bad fishing nice birds

Lots of boaters. Waves hard to canoe. Very tough to fish. No fish here. Too many jet skis. Some birds.

Scenic Lake With Stocked Trout

good early and late season trout fishing; public launch for small boats; long narrow lake with varied structure

Another North Country Gem

it has vistas and tranquility. There is a public beach, but I usually visit camp owners on the lake. Great fishing, uncrowded boating, pristine setting.
