MoreWu Yuxiang's former residence is located on the west side of Yingchun Street in the ancient city of Guangfu. It is a courtyard complex with the architectural style of the late Qing Dynasty. The former residence covers a total area of 9,000 square meters and is now a key cultural relic protection unit in Hebei Province. The former residence was built along three axes. The central axis is a three-courtyard building with ceremonial gates, sedan chair rooms, study rooms, reception rooms, flower halls, lotus ponds, martial arts arenas and other buildings, all with flying eaves, corridors, carved beams and painted buildings. In particular, the two pomegranate trees planted by Mr. Wu Yuxiang in the former residence are still lush and green.
Wu Yuxiang, whose given name was Heqing, (1812-1880) was a native of Dongjie, Guangfu. He was a scholar in the late Qing Dynasty. He was born into a family of scholars and officials and practiced martial arts since childhood. In 1852, he became a disciple of Chen Qingping in Zhaobao Town, Henan Province, and learned boxing. After returning to Yongnian, Wu Yuxiang devoted himself to studying and developing his original boxing skills, forming a unique set of postures that were different from the old and new Chen-style postures, as well as the large and small Yang-style postures. He learned and then transformed himself into a unique style.
He also wrote books such as "Explanation of Taijiquan" and "Strategy of Thirteen General Postures", which are still regarded as classics in the martial arts world. Wu Yuxiang is respected by his disciples and later generations as the founder of Wu style Taijiquan.

The ticket is very scary, just such a broken yard 35, it is said that it is expensive for private investment, but it is a bit too expensive. It is not recommended to enter.
