It's an active quarry

There is no view. Just digging and a lot of dump trucks full of rock. There is a gold shrine just up the main road that looks cool.

深く採掘しているのは実感出来た

観光案内で、国内で最も空が遠い場所とのキャッチフレーズ的な文面に惹かれて行きました。 採掘場内には入場出来ず、展望台から眺めるだけなので、実際には体感は出来ませんでしたが、遠くに見える小さなトラックを見ると、かなり深く採掘されている事は実感出来ました。 尚、突破作業の為、11時45分から12時30分迄は入場不可ですので、行く時間に注意してください。
