Avoid at all costs!!! They are scammers! They charge you 89 euros (!!!) while the ticket on the official website costs 19 euros (including Nasrid Palaces!!!). They have your attention with a photo of the main sightseeing spot that you will not visit eventually! It’s simply not included in the price! They even send you a confirmation email with the fountain inside the Nasrid Palace! And then the guide will tell you “Why did you buy a ticket then?” My question is WHY DO YOU PLACE THE PHOTO OF SOMETHING THAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TICKET? Why not place the gardens and the military ruins as the main photo?! The guide played a victim as if it was not his fault. He was as guilty as his superiors. He represents the scammers! Also, his speech is very limited. You can download an application with an electronic guide at the entrance, you’ll learn much more things about the place, trust me. And it’s free of charge! We also spoke to the security guy at the entrance of the Nasrid Palaces area. He confirmed that they are tired of this company and that the very same day many visitors complained for the same reason! We’ve learnt our lesson. Don’t repeat our mistake! Book on the official site only! If there’s no availability, check after midnight, that’s when they update the website and can add more tickets in case someone cancelled. We managed to get our tickets eventually.Don’t bother to reply to my review with your lame excuses! I hope you get punished eventually!!
