The museum is impressive from the inside out. It is completing 200 years of history and has unparalleled artistic achievements. There are 2 floors of huge buildings and two annex buildings. The works in this vast region include paintings from Spain (since 1550), Italy (since 1450), Germany (since 1750), France (since 1600) and Flanders (since 1600). In the annex, Jeronimos has sculptures and Villanueva, painting and decorative arts from 1700 to 1800.
