It is Tenmangu Shrine adjacent to Nobuoyama Park at the foot of Mt. Nobuo. There is a statue of a god cow, so why not worship for exams and prayer for academic achievement? There are Gokoku Shrine and Kuronuma Shrine nearby, so I think it's a good idea to visit while taking a walk.

ＪＲ I found it when I stopped by Gokoku Shrine on a walk from Fukushima Station on Fukushima. It is next to Gokoku Shrine and is said to be the first Tenmangu shrine in Tohoku. I also had a cow and I visited after stroking it 〇
