Mazhen Temple

Mazhen Temple is located in the old city of Mazhen, is the most intact of the ancient buildings in Mazhen, and is also the largest temple complex in Fugu County. It is composed of Dragon King Temple, Guandi Temple, Niangniang Temple and Jade Temple. In 1982, the Fugu County Government identified Mazhen Temple as the key cultural relics protection unit. In December 2004, Wutai Mountain High Monk Shijiakong gave the famous Longxing Temple. The Mazhen Temple was built in Qianlong 36 years (1771), and was expanded over the past dynasties and rebuilt in Qianlong 36 years (1772 AD).
