NICE BUILDING BUT NO ENTRANCE TO THE PUBLIC
This is quite a nice looking modern and unique contempary building on the waterfront with a very modernistic design. Unfortunately it is not open to the public to wander around.

Free entrance over the weekend. Free guidance - but you have to register first - (and don't forget your ID Card)... friendly people that could answer ALL my questions, nice view, a little bit of art.....

Visited on a tour of Düsseldorf. It is an interesting enough building but lacks the “presence” of a parliamentary building. It is located adjacent to the Rhein and the town tower so easy to located....
