Clocktower Building Leith Street

Just as the bell tower is the hallmark of the University of Auckland, the bell tower is also the hallmark of the University of Otago and a major symbol of the city of Danidine. The exterior wall is the same as the railway station.

The University of Otago was founded in 1869. The school's bell tower is also a landmark building in the city of Danitin, built in a model of the main building of the University of Glasgow Xue Glan, with contrasting dark basalt and light Omalu stone as building materials.

Daniding was a bustling city during the gold rush of the last century. Most of the early urban wastelanders came from Scotland, and most of Daniding's ancient buildings were in a strong Scottish style, as was Daniding's bell tower. Dannidin has several more representative bell towers, the university administration building clock tower, the railway station clock tower and the government administration hall in the octagonal square.

The bell tower, located in New Zealand's oldest Otago University, is the symbol of the entire Danitin. Gothic architecture shows that immigrants here mainly come from Scotland.

The clock tower is in the University of Otago. The university has no walls and is fully open. The university clock tower on the side of the road is in a strong Scottish style and has a sense of history.
