GRANDKIDS LOVED IT
Here for an hour and both grandkids (aged 10 and 9) thoroughly enjoyed it. Well laid out with plenty of staff on hand. Only used the cafe for two hot drinks ( which could be taken inside jump area) ...

Listed as a wheelchair accessible venue but I'll have to phone up each time to check the lift is still working. No staff could find the additional key (not radar key) for the accessible bathroom & bla...
Shocking
we visited the park for a 2 hour session with our 3 kids, we got in, all was fine, husband & I got on for free as carers which was good, the lockers were a nightmare to work, chip & pin machines weren...
Jumping is fine but don't bother with cafe.
There has been investment since our last visit, thank goodness that inflatable section has been replaced. I think possible new carpet has been installed. The place felt cleaner than previous visits....
