Guhe Shoal

This river beach is mainly in the flood to temporarily for the inland river flood, to avoid the flood into the Chengdu Plain, it is connected to the bottle mouth and the main waterway of the Outer River, is one of the core sections of the Dujiangyan water conservancy project.

This river beach is part of the Dujiangyan water conservancy project, a spare river, whenever the flood comes, it will be activated, the gushing river water flow to the preset flood site, to avoid floods.
