First time at this lake and it won't be our last. Beautiful, few boats, lots of coves. Eagles, Osprey..... Protected forest. Few homes,

The lake was beautiful

We had wanted to take our jet skis, but the weather was not conducive to bringing them. We drove around the loop up through Fontana, etc.

Drive by on way home

Beautiful, looks like a return visit in the future. I did not stay here but at historic Tapoco Lodge. Stumbled upon this on drive home.

Peaceful community

A beautiful lake area with permanent residents and visitors who can rent homes. The lake was larger than we expected- and u can rent boats nearby.
