Camano Island State Park is an oasis not far from the freeway. Quiet, beautiful with lakes, sound, forest to explore. At the entrance you can get information about the park and the surrounding area.

Beautiful Campground!
An absolutely BEAUTIFUL campground. Campsite was quite private, walking distance from bathrooms. Gorgeous drive to the campground and views were great. I wish we could’ve stayed more than one night!

Even on the 4th of July the beach furthest from the campground was quiet and peaceful. I'm guessing most people go to the boat launch part of the beach. The campground is what you'd expect from a WA s...
