It is a very nice place to chill around, especially on the weekend. There are also restaurants by the river where you could grab a drink and enjoy your day.

This is like the New York's Central Park, a park in the heart of the city. Located in the Brisbane Central Business, this park area covers 16 hectares, opened for 24 hours with some facilities like dining, playground, and wheelchair-friendly pathways and toilets. The flowers here are very pretty, so colorful and vibrant, and I met a few reptile friends along the way. I searched it up, they might be the Australian Water Dragon or Intellagama Lesueurii. They're native animals and very friendly because they're used to seeing humans.Parks like this don't exist where I came from, so it's really worth a visit!

Just been to the power station, this is the next place on the list to go, the weather is very hot, found a good place, sat in the shade, bought a drink, drank it, this is a great and relaxing holiday, will visit here next time.

It is very suitable for children to play, very safe, with a variety of rides and water. But the location is very remote, you need to bring your own transportation to go, and occasionally there will be open-air movies at night. This is a great park. I have just been here recently and have visited and taken a walk. The environment of the park is well maintained. There are many flat areas along the paths. There are shacks with sunshade everywhere, and free trial BBQ stalls. There is also a water park and playground for children. There are plenty of parking spaces. Some wildlife is scattered throughout the park. Great for picnics as there is a lot of well maintained grass.

I recently visited the Daisy Hill Koala Centre, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience, especially for koala lovers like me!One of the highlights of the visit was the opportunity to get up close with not one, not two, but three charming koalas. These fuzzy creatures stole my heart with their cute antics and gentle demeanour. It was an absolute delight to observe them in such proximity.Another standout feature of the Koala Centre was the daily keeper talk session. A knowledgeable koala keeper introduced us to these marsupials, sharing fascinating insights about their behaviour, habitat, and the efforts being made to protect them. This session added a layer of understanding and appreciation for these iconic Australian animals. For families with curious kids, the Daisy Hill Koala Centre is a treasure trove of educational materials. The centre houses an impressive collection of resources, including informative displays, interactive exhibits, and engaging presentations. It's the perfect destination for an educational day out with the family. In conclusion, my visit to the Daisy Hill Koala Centre was both entertaining and enlightening. I left with a deeper appreciation for koalas and their conservation. And what’s the best? It’s totally free to visit. If you're in the area and have even a passing interest in these marsupials, I highly recommend paying a visit. It's an experience that will leave you with a warm, fuzzy feeling – much like the koalas themselves!

I love running the stairs on Jacob's ladder. If the night lighting is better, the police can get rid of homeless camping, which could be a good park for a walk with family. Nothing special here, except for the green spaces for office workers and people living nearby to get fresh air on many long wooden benches and fitness fanatics to do their thing, I walked through here and up the winding stairs, Jacobs ladder to my hotel is described as a sculpture park, there are some strange eclectic bronzes at the foot of the steps, while other sporadic pieces are scattered elsewhere – old windmills on the top of the steps, on the left.

This is obviously Brisbane's oldest building and if you've seen it it's worth seeing. Unfortunately you can't go in but just climbing up the hill from the city is a great exercise so it's not a completely futile exercise. Go there, see the old windmill, then go to the nearby Roman Street Park and tour the gardens.
