The place is not big, if the scenery is much worse than Jiuzhaigou in China. It was August when I went, it was not hot, and the scenery was not too surprising. Going to Jiuzhaigou, this place can be ignored.
Shirogane Blue Pond is very near Furano Town , is very easy to access with some public transport or bus. If you are driving , have a car park nearby pond with paying around 500yen per car, you will enjoy sight seeing here with the beautiful blue pond and greenery surrounding. We are also enjoy the park nearby , with some burger shop and ice cream stall , the ice-cream is very recommended , granola cone with blue spirulina water so the color is blue. Nearby also have some public toilet and public table and chair let you have a rest.
