Although the Pagana altar is not on display now (you can see the exhibits and 360-degree displays in the so-called panoramic view), there simply isn't enough of the highest-level to describe this incredible museum. Run as you can, because they will close it at the end of October for a renovation that will last 13 years.

The Pegamon Museum mainly displays the civilization of Western Asia, and the Pegamon altar, Istar Gate and the Walkway, and the gate of Miley Metropolis are listed as the treasure of the town hall. Unfortunately, the Pegamon altar has been under maintenance and cannot be visited.

The Pegamon Museum is an archaeological museum with three main themes on display. The exhibits mainly cover a large number of artifacts from the Roman Empire, Byzantine Empire, Holy Roman Empire, Ancient Egypt and Persia. It is worth a day to explore.

The Pegamon Museum was built in 1909-1930, and the miniature memorial architecture inside is particularly famous, such as the artistic masterpiece of the ancient Greek civilization - the worship of Zeus from Pegamon (now Turkish territory), the Pegamon altar in the 2nd century BC (2nd century BC), which occupies an entire pavilion. It is the museum's treasure of the town hall. There are also the delicately carved gates of Miller's Market (2nd century AD), the Babylonian ritual procession leading to the gates of Ishtar (580 BC) the brick facade of the temple of the Ilmi goddess in Uluk (Sumerian culture), and the shallow relief of the temple of Alazuspar II in Nimrud (9th century BC), the facade of the Umayyad Palace Castle in Mshata, east of the Dead Sea (8th century AD), and many ancient civilization relics and Islamic artworks.

It was the best of the Berlin Museum!!! I recommend buying a Berlin Museum Pass and going around.
