The Shaw Hall of Tsinghua University Library was built in a similar style to the old library before and was highly praised by the architectural community. This library is also known as the new library, which was built by the donation of Mr Shaw and the Ministry of Education. The library is full of very quiet Tsinghua students. The library is also very user-friendly. In addition to the reading area, there is a rest area, a sofa coffee table in the rest area and the calligraphy and paintings on the wall, which makes people feel particularly comfortable.
