Beijing Wildlife Park, so beautiful that no filter is needed for the photos! It's so much fun! Definitely worth a visit
May at Beijing Wildlife Park, so beautiful that no filter is needed for the photos!
I went to Beiyuan (North Park) on May 12th, arrived at around 10 am, and left after 5 pm. I covered 80% of the place without taking a separate sightseeing car, just walked on foot.
Just navigate directly to the main entrance, there will be traffic guidance, and the parking lot is huge! Try to go early.
Actually, Beiyuan doesn't need much of a strategy, there are just two areas, North Park and South Park, and they are not far from each other. You can start with either, just get a map at the entrance, and if you can't find your way, just ask the staff along the way (the staff are all very nice!). We first went to the beast area, queued up for an hour and a half at 11 am to get on, 11-3 pm is the peak time, but if you go late, the animals will be asleep after noon... So it's still recommended to go early. For the car ride, it's suggested to sit on the right side at the back row, as most animals are on the right side, and the last row has an extra view to look back. You can buy food to feed the animals when you pass by the shop while queuing.
After coming out of the beast area, we walked all the way to the little train, took a one-hour ride, and most of the photos I posted were taken on the little train, it's better to sit on the left side for a nicer view~
Finally, we visited the North Park, just strolled along the way, North Park is suitable for children, with capybaras, red pandas, reptiles, giraffes, elephants, etc., and you can interact and feed them. You can bring your own vegetables too, just hide them well in your bag to pass the security check, or buying on-site is not expensive, 20-30 yuan per portion.
Lastly, about taking photos, it's a pity that I didn't have a photo taken interacting with the animals because one reason is that there were too many people, and the other is that basically, the animals you can take photos with are just capybaras, deer, red pandas, and others can only be photographed while feeding them, which is at a very limited distance. There were also people who, despite the staff's advice, insisted on opening the fence to take photos with the small animals, which I find very objectionable. I personally think that we should not disturb many animals, it's enough to have interaction within an appropriate range~
I just want to be able to do something great. I am very happy to come here, everything is great for me and my family. The scenery is really beautiful, The food here is also quite delicious and fast, the service is quite attentive. I will happily come back later. Thank you
It is not a question of how many animals are seen, but how many animals are seen. This time, I saw red pandas, ring-tailed monkeys, sika deer, macaques, alpacas, two birds that can't be named, and leopard cubs only 1 meter away (almost couldn't hold back their hands)...
The small train and the beast area are good, the explanation is also very interesting, and other areas have become interactive experiences. And the scenery is awesome. The consumption is a bit high and the animal feed is expensive.
Special thanks to Wang Yu, the staff of Beiye Park! After a day of play, I walked to the parking lot at 18:30 and was about to drive home. I only found out that I lost the car key. The park has been closed, but fortunately I met Comrade Wang Yu. After understanding the situation, Wang Yu first calmed my emotions, calmly read the news of the WeChat group of the park work, and helped me find the information of the car key (the key was picked up by the personnel in the beast area). Due to the distance, Wang Yu also rode a bicycle to help me collect it, and was busy for at least 40 minutes. Comrade Wang Yu has responsibility, patience, urgent others' urgent, solve the user's worries, I am very grateful to Wang Yu for his help! The animals in Beiye are cute, the staff in Beiye are respectable, we will come again in the future!
It’s really far away. It’s 2 hours. I feel like I can drive to Tianjin, but it’s really fun. I took a small train first when I entered the park, and then went to the South Park, visited the Mengzhu District, and finally the North Park, more than 5 hours, mainly the Mengzhu District queued for 50 minutes. The master of the blue 6 car in the beast area explained the humor, especially interesting, the red panda is also super cute, and I have time to take the baby.
It's so crowded so far. At 8:30, we opened the park, and we went in the first wave, and then the small train took 70 minutes. But the small train is very interesting and the tour guide explained the whole process. There are many venues in the pedestrian area, everything is available, and the red panda is particularly cute. Going out at four or five in the morning, there is still a place that has not been finished, you can brush it.
