Dazang Temple is located in Shaerzong Township, Malkang County, Aba Tibetan and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, and is 54 kilometers west of the forest farm road from Dalangzugou to Shaerzong Township. It belongs to a resident group of Chunkou Village, Dazang Township, at an altitude of 3530 meters. It is bordered by Shaerzong Township and Malkang Township in the southwest, and Sizhai Township, Hongyuan County, in the north.
