Really only a photo opportunity. Why not a bit more background on Evonne's relationship with the town - it is where she grew up and developed her love of tennis, but I had to go to Google for that!
Great Monument to a great tennis Player. As a child i had a volley wooden tennis rack and its was the same colour. Brings back fond memories of the childhood.
