Lovely day out in North Wales, included a visit to to Bangor Garth Pier. Easy to park, very reasonable parking (the approach road was full). Friendly welcome! Gentle stroll down to the end of the pier...
Not for us
Concessions were all closed. Paid for the privilege of walking down to a cafe and back. Would not recommend! Asked the lady on the kiosk if there was anything to do in Bangor and basically said no!
It is whst it is.
Nice steady walk along the pier getting a lot of fresh air into our lungs. Ending in the tea room at the end of the pier. Great views all around from start to finish.
Great visit
Parking for the pier is £1.50 and entry to the pier was £0.50 which was very reasonable. There was a lovely friendly lady on the entrance kiosk of the pier, who was really informative too. The pier it...

Great viewpoint ! The pier is a very nice place for a walk although it’s a bit disappointing that they make you pay the get in now it’s still a nice place with a lot of shops as well as food
