Blanton Museum of Art

The Brandon Art Museum is located at the University of Texas at Austin. Founded in 1963, it is one of the largest university museums in the United States. It mainly collects works of art from all over the world. The Blanton Museum of Art has a collection of up to 18,000 pieces, mainly paintings, sculptures, pictures, photographs, etc. from Europe, America and Latin America. The European works collected in the museum are astounding because of their breadth and depth. More than 300 European paintings are mainly in the Italian Renaissance and Baroque art styles, including well-known Guercino, Piombo, Francesco Parr Paintings by masters such as Miggianino.
