It was renewed in March, so I entered the museum for the first time in 40 years. In addition to the exhibition, I was able to get a glimpse of the universe at the 4-dimensional digital space theater and planetarium. The planetarium is charged separately. The Okayama Observatory of Kyoto University has been newly opened and is still under adjustment, but you can see Asia's largest 3.8m new technology telescope from the outdoor window.

It is located on the top of Mt. Harusho. It used to be a narrow mountain road, but now it is a beautiful wide road. I went there for the first time more than 40 years ago (although it was still more than 30 years ago), but I think there was the largest solar observation telescope in Japan.
