The William Paca Garden is a two acre oasis of natural beauty in the bustling center of Annapolis’ Historic District.
Be sure to have clouds to avoid early in the morning. I also recommend renting a local guide to really understand what you see. We use horses to save time but it’s not a hard horse to climb and time saving is not very expensive
