State Council Hall
As soon as you go from Kuzlai Square to Nantan, you will find ministries and parliament building. The site is spread out. The building is also modern. I haven't been inside, but it faces the main street of the bus, so it seems easy to get off. Compared to Japan, I was worried that security was okay because it was too close.
