Little park
Little park with some great view points to the lake, a couple of benches to sit on. You can walk through it to catch tour boats on Lake Windermere or spread your picnic blanket and relax on the grass.
Great lakeside park
Great park for picnics, family games and dog walking. It has superb views down the lake & access to the lake.
Romantic and relaxing
We took a ferry from Bowness pier to Ambleside. We than walked to the Ambleside town from the pier. While walking we stopped at Borrans park on the way, next ti the lake. It was a nice and quite green...
Quiet Lakeside Park
Whilst touring Lake Windermere we stopped at Ambleside & had a walk around Borrans Park. Very quiet with lovely views of The Lake. Perfect picnic spot.
